Who am I
- I am an athlete. I do three sports: Tennis, Wrestling, and Track. I do all three sports for the Harper Creek school district. I have been playing tennis since my freshman year of high school and I last played one doubles. I have been wrestling since my eighth grade year; wrestling has made a major impact on my life by showing my that good eating habits and exercise are very important. Because of wrestling I have lost around half my body fat percentage, so overall I am a much more healthy person than if I didn't do wrestling. I have been running track since my sophomore year of high school. I only got into track to keep me in shape for wrestling; but after the first year I started to enjoy the company --the atmosphere-- and maybe running a little, but in all I am doing at least one of the sports listed throughout the year, and although I am not the best I enjoy every minute that I am doing them.
- I am social. Pretty much all the time I'm not in school, doing work, playing sports, and sleeping, I am hanging out with my friends. My friends are one of the most important things in my life, I spend every waking minute with them or wishing I was with them. I am around them so much we probably know everything about each other down to a science; favorite foods, habits, things they want to do, everything. Most of my best memories are with them, be it bonfires, amusement parks, sports, or just hanging out, I know the friends I have now are going to last a lifetime.
- I am a student. I am a senior at Harper Creek high school. I am a bright student just more so in some areas more than others -- language is my weak point -- although I do have some shining moments when I do well. I am very good at math and the sciences, and I have taken four years of french, but don't ask me to say anything because I probably won't know. I think my major flaw as a student is I am lazy and sometimes I just don't want to work, but I have progressed from that flaw a lot since my first coming to high school freshman year. After high school I plan on continuing my pursuit for schooling. If all goes write I will have earned my engineering degree. Overall I thoroughly enjoy learning new things, but I pursue learning knew things if I find the subject enjoyable.
- I am a traveler. I have lived in many places throughout my life -- six states, or seven cities to be exact. My father was in the air force so we were relocated many times to where they saw him best fit. Because of this I think I have become less of a social person than I could have, because I would just go through the motions of life but I would never reach out to someone for friendship. I now only have a small amount of friends because, well, not everyone is really interested in being my friend. But the friends I have made are very close to me and I still talk to a majority of them today even though we are separated by state lines.
